No. There is no login, no signup, and no email required. Open a tool, add your file, and download your result.

Your files are never uploaded anywhere. Label cropping, payment-file parsing, and every calculation happen locally in your browser using your device's own processing power — there is no server that ever sees a customer address or a settlement figure. The privacy policy covers what our ad and analytics providers do and do not see.

Yes. Both tools are built mobile-first and work in any modern mobile browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.), as well as on desktop and tablet. Most sellers use the cropper on a phone between packing runs.

It's on the roadmap. The site is built to support multiple marketplaces — Meesho is first, with Amazon and Flipkart label cropping planned as a later addition.

Tap "Request a feature" at the top of any page. It opens your email app with a short template — fill in what you need or what went wrong, and attach a screenshot if you can.

Yes. Meesho prints the shipping label and tax invoice on the same page — the label cropper finds the split automatically and crops the invoice away. You can also keep the invoice attached, or save all the invoices as a separate PDF.

You can print on 3x5" and 4x6" thermal label printers, or on regular A4 paper with 1, 2, or 4 labels per sheet — with or without the invoice attached to each label. The cropper page explains which size to pick for your printer.

Yes. Sort by SKU, courier, pickup hub, colour then size, or size then colour — or keep Meesho's original order. You also get an SKU pick list showing how many of each item to pack.

Yes. You can add several label PDFs at once, so sellers running more than one account or exporting in batches can process everything together.

Because everything runs in your browser rather than on a server, the practical limit depends on your device's memory rather than any limit we impose. Large batches are processed in chunks, and you'll be warned before an upload big enough to strain your browser.

In your Meesho supplier panel: Payments → Download → Payments to Date → pick your dates. It downloads as a *_PAYMENT_FILE_*.xlsx spreadsheet, and that one file is everything the profit calculator needs. The other downloads behind that button (GST Report, Tax Invoice, Supplier Tax Invoice, Outstanding Payments) do not carry the per-order settlement rows, so they cannot be read. The walkthrough shows the path with each step.

Yes. The calculator works from Meesho's own Final Settlement Amount — the figure actually paid into your bank — so commission, shipping, GST and TCS/TDS have already been taken out before the tool sees it. It then subtracts what Meesho does not know about: your cost of goods, ads spend, returns, and your business expenses.

No, but any SKU without one has its profit overstated, and the tool says so — on the product card, on the chart, and as a count on the Costs tab. You can type costs in, or export every SKU to a spreadsheet, fill it in Excel, and import it back.

On your device, in your browser, so next month's payment file reuses them. Nothing is sent anywhere. Because browser storage can be cleared — and Safari expires it after a week of not visiting — the tool offers you an Excel backup after you save, which you can import again on any device.

Yes. Enter them once as monthly amounts and they are charged to each payment file in proportion to the days it covers, with the arithmetic shown. They are deliberately not divided between SKUs — no single order causes your rent, so any split would be invented.

Both are counted. Packaging is treated as consumed whether or not the item comes back, and you set how much of the item itself you really write off on an RTO, a customer return, or a parcel lost in transit — so the profit reflects what happened rather than a best case.

Because Meesho only knows what it paid you. It has no idea what your products cost to make or pack, what you pay in rent and salaries, or how much of a returned item you can resell. This tool starts from Meesho's settlement figure and subtracts the rest, which is why the answer is usually lower — and closer to what your bank balance does.
