    Pick a 3x5" or 4x6" label printer, or A4 with 1, 2, or 4 labels per sheet. Crop the invoice or keep it, choose a sort order, and watch the live preview update.

    Download and print

    Get a print-ready PDF sized for your printer, plus an SKU pick list for packing. On a phone, share it straight to WhatsApp, Drive, or your printer app.

From the payment file Meesho sends you to the number Meesho never shows you.

    Upload your payment file

    In your supplier panel: Payments → Download → Payments to Date → pick your dates. Add the *_PAYMENT_FILE_*.xlsx it gives you — or several, to cover a longer stretch.

    Enter your product costs

    What one unit costs you to make and to pack. Type them in, or export every SKU to Excel, fill it there, and import it back. They are saved on your device for next month.

  3. 3

    Add your business expenses

    Rent, salaries, bills — the costs Meesho has never heard of. Enter them monthly and they are charged to the period your file covers. Return write-offs live here too.

  4. 4

    Read your real profit

    Net profit after everything, margin per order and per unit, which SKUs earn and which quietly lose, and a breakdown of where every rupee went.
